Bogside Acres is owned and operated by husband and wife team of Cassander Gilmore & Erin Williams. Together with Revival Farm and joint venture Plympton Poultry, they will be bringing hyperlocally raised grass fed beef, pastured pork, and pastured poultry to the market.

Chef Douglas Foss is famous for his homemade marinara sauce that only has 5 straightforward ingredients: virgin olive oil, tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh garlic, and Wellfleet sea salt. Free of any added sugar, this sauce is thickened and sweetened by reduction, and the basil is added right before jarring!

After moving from Germany to the US, Mona Lilly often missed the taste of "home" and Sunday Afternoon Coffee, where everyone gets together to enjoy a cup of coffee and some home made pastries. Scott Freitas is a third generation farmer working about 80 acres of land. Freitas Farm grow many different types of vegetables including sweetcorn, asparagus, brussels sprouts, beets, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, cucmbers and squash, as well as fruit such as apples, blueberries, cranberries, and melons. They will also supply a beautiful bounty of hanging baskets, herbs and bedding plants in the early season.

Kombucha is a fermented, slightly carbonated sweet tea with a bright, tart finish and probiotic qualities. IndieFerm is a brewery, tap room, home brew shop, and fermentation studio. They brew, package, and sell beer and kombucha, sell supplies for all fermented food and drinks, and teach classes. Their location in Camelot Park is open to the public, with beer and kombucha available to enjoy on site or to take home.

PCBA is a non-profit organization established in 1977. They are dedicated to the support of local agriculture and to educating the public about beekeeping through our school and participation in local fairs and festivals. PCBA focuses on education, agriculture, and stewardship through many of the public outreach programs the club participates in and provides throughout the year. PCBA will be bringing honey from local apiaries to the Opening Day of the market!
